The 10,000 Interns Foundation marked a major milestone at Emirates Stadium, celebrating the creation of over 10,000 paid internship opportunities across the UK with a large-scale, high-impact event.

Aztec delivered full end-to-end technical production, including main stage design and build, mobile LED trailer screens, and a stadium-grade PA system. Working closely with stakeholders and venue teams, the project ensured a safe, compliant, and seamless delivery while creating an engaging and impactful audience experience.

vision to venue
1. Design & Planning
Optimised acoustics and sight-lines across a large stadium environment to ensure clear audio and visibility for all attendees. Delivered detailed stage design and specialist logistics planning for mobile LED deployment, including positioning, anchoring, and power.
2. Production & Delivery
Constructed and integrated the main stage with lighting, audio, lecterns, and confidence displays for seamless presentations. Deployed high-brightness LED trailer screens and a stadium-grade PA system to deliver impactful visuals and crystal-clear sound.
3. On-site Execution & Support
Provided full technical direction and show control, managing cues, transitions, and live event flow. Oversaw live audio engineering, video switching, and on-site safety while coordinating all suppliers throughout the event.
