Aztec implemented a value-engineered production approach, focusing on achieving a premium look through efficient design rather than high-cost hardware. A hybrid visual setup combined projection mapping with the venue’s existing screens to create scale and immersion without the need for LED. Central to the experience was interactive sports analysis, supported by specialist playback systems that allowed speakers to review and dissect key match moments in real time. This created a dynamic, engaging format that delivered both insight and entertainment while maintaining strong production value.

1 Design & Planning
Smart value engineering: The challenge was to replicate the high-end production value of flagship events like the Cowdrey Lecture but on a leaner budget. We focused our design on maximising impact through cost-effective visual solutions rather than expensive hardware, ensuring the event looked premium while protecting the client's bottom line.
2. Production & Delivery
Hybrid visual setup: To manage costs without sacrificing scale, we utilised high-quality projection mapping instead of LED walls. We complemented this by integrating the venue's existing flown 86” screens, creating a layered visual experience that filled the room effectively.
3. On-site Execution & Support
Interactive sports analysis: The core of the event was the conversation between players. We provided specialised playback systems and technicians capable of fluid, real-time interaction with the footage. This allowed the speakers to pause, rewind, and dissect crucial moments frame-by-frame, giving the audience a true "analyst's view" of the match.
