End-to-end event production delivery: For Big Data LDN at Olympia (24–25 September 2025), Aztec delivered a fully integrated production solution across keynote stages, theatres, and specialist zones. The scope included audio, video, lighting, staging, LED, digital signage, streaming, and recording. The project required significant logistical coordination, with five 45ft trucks, large-scale rigging and truss systems, and full installation through to derig, ensuring seamless delivery across the entire event.

1. Briefing & Design
Custom multi-space design and delivery: A centralised production approach enabled the creation of 17 tailored theatre environments and specialist lounges, including keynote stages, premium LED theatres, silent seminar spaces, and breakout areas, all designed to support diverse content streams and audience experiences.
2. Production & Delivery
Comprehensive technical production delivery: The event featured large-scale technical integration across keynote, LED, and silent theatres, including custom LED stage builds, advanced AV and multi-camera setups, silent conferencing systems, and a venue-wide digital signage network, alongside fully equipped specialist and hospitality spaces with streaming and on-site production capabilities.
3. On-site Execution & Support
End-to-end technical delivery: A full-scale production setup spanned keynote, LED, and silent theatres with custom LED stages, advanced AV, multi-camera and streaming systems, supported by a centrally managed digital signage network and fully serviced speaker and VIP spaces with integrated live broadcast capabilities.

The Results
Aztec’s technical delivery enabled Big Data LDN’s most content-rich programme to date, with all 17 theatres delivered on time, fully compliant, and operating without downtime. Over 400 sessions were recorded in ISO quality, alongside successful livestreams for key content. High audio clarity in silent theatres and robust production standards enhanced the attendee experience while providing valuable long-term video assets.
