Aztec delivered full end-to-end technical production across the entire event, supporting the main stage, breakout sessions, partner expo, executive meetings, and VIP evening dinner. The project required a cohesive, premium AV solution that translated a global brand experience seamlessly across multiple environments within a stadium setting.

vision to venue
1. Design & Planning
Delivered bespoke design and planning, including custom rigging and power solutions to integrate dual LED walls within a stadium environment. Coordinated globally across teams and ensured full compliance with Emirates Stadium’s technical and safety requirements.
2. Production & Delivery
Executed full-scale production across the main stage, partner expo, and VIP dinner, including large-format LED, 4K signal distribution, lighting, and audio systems. Tailored AV and infrastructure solutions ensured reliable delivery across all event environments.
3. On-site Execution & Support
Provided continuous on-site technical leadership, managing suppliers and cross-team coordination throughout the event. Dedicated show control and multi-stream management ensured seamless execution across all content areas.
