As one of the BDC’s busiest shows, the Health Optimisation Summit blended wellness aesthetics, visitor flow planning, and multi-stage content across biohacking, nutrition, fitness, and medical innovation.

vision to venue
1. Design & Planning
Custom-designed stage sets: We designed and built bespoke environments aligning with the event’s premium health and optimisation brand identity.
2. Production & Delivery
Dedicated yoga studio: A fully equipped wellness space was created, complete with mats, lighting, sound, and atmospheric design to support instructor-led sessions throughout the event. Comprehensive theatre recording: Every theatre was filmed in full, with post-event editing, cutting, colour grading, and delivery for on-demand access.
3. On-site Execution & Support
High-capacity technical support: Due to large visitor numbers, AV setups were reinforced for clarity, accessibility, and consistent audience experience.

The Results
The summit delivered an immersive and visually striking experience, with professional video outputs enabling extended lifecycle content, ticket-tier upgrades, and future marketing assets. The custom sets and yoga studio significantly enhanced the attendee experience and brand cohesion. Across these three flagship events, our team demonstrated versatility—mastering large, multi-theatre operations, live global broadcasts, and wellness-focused experiential design.
