Aztec delivered full-scale technical production and media capture across seven simultaneous theatres, supporting a dense and fast-paced content programme. A central production team managed scheduling, show flow, and theatre-to-studio transitions, alongside a dedicated recording studio and roaming videography crews capturing interviews, insights, and social content throughout the event.

vision to venue
1. Design & Planning
Multi-team coordination: A central production team oversaw scheduling, content flow, and theatre-to-studio transitions to ensure the complex schedule ran smoothly.
2. Production & Delivery
Seven simultaneous theatres: We provided full technical support across all theatres, including audio, lighting, projection, and show control. Recording studio integration: A dedicated studio environment was set up for interviews, expert commentary, and digital-first content.
3. On-site Execution & Support
Vox-pop videography: On-site roaming crews captured live attendee reactions, speaker insights, and brand-driven social assets.
