At The London Book Fair, held at Olympia London (10–13 March 2025), Aztec delivered a scalable, end-to-end AV solution as the primary supplier. Supporting a dense, multi-stream content programme, the team provided full technical production across key theatres and seminar spaces, ensuring seamless delivery throughout the event.

vision to venue
1. Design & Planning
Seamless venue integration was achieved through close collaboration with organisers and Olympia teams, alongside custom stage and scenic builds. A centralised digital signage system was implemented to manage content and scheduling across all theatres.
2. Production & Delivery
Comprehensive AV delivery included large-format video systems, multi-source presentation management, and tailored audio solutions, including silent conference technology. A fully equipped Speaker Lounge ensured presenters were prepared and supported.
3. On-site Execution & Support
Specialist crews managed installation, live show operations, and derig, with full show control across content and playback. Efficient logistics planning enabled smooth load-in and load-out across the event.
